Hey, I’m Erin!
I designed a soda can in an advertising class at the ripe age of 10 and I’ve clung to it ever since. Advertising and yes—the can. Growing up in League City, Texas, I had a major metro and a beach conveniently at my disposal, which shaped my passions for both art and marine life. Although watching Free Willy religiously as a kid probably did that as well. My 6 summers spent working at an aquarium taught me there’s no such thing as jellyfish and that I’m not cut out for biology.
I’ve spent my 24 years chasing the feeling of creating something and waking up the next morning excited to see it again. The thought of making something that didn’t exist the day before is what fuels me. From writing my own bedtime stories and crafting bug hotels, to now painting tapestries and dreaming up campaigns—all in pursuit of that satisfactory sigh at the end of the day.
I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, and a minor in Business. During my time at UT, I spent 4 semesters in the renowned Texas Creative sequence, interned at Austin Woman magazine, served as Publicity Chair for Texas Lonestars, and more. I’m currently a Junior Art Director at FCB Health New York, working on the Cologuard team. Stay tuned for the work to come!
When I’m not basking in the glow of Adobe Creative Suite, I can be found fiending for a yerba mate and a bell pepper, thrifting clothes I seldom wear, utterly abusing my Schlitterbahn season pass, obsessing over tiny versions of things, deepening my Teva tan on Lady Bird Lake, or longingly counting the hours until the next Big Brother season.
